9. Fishing in fish farms
(1) No person shall fish in any fish farm unless authorised to do so in
writing by the fish farm operator.
(2) No person shall use any gear for fishing in a fish farm, unless he is
authorised to do so in writing by the Permanent Secretary.
(3) Notwithstanding section 28 (1), the Permanent Secretary may authorise the use of such gear as is appropriate for fishing in the fish farm in respect of which application is made, subject to such terms and conditions as
he may think fit to impose.
