15. Annual report
(1) The Board shall prepare and submit, in accordance with the Statutory
Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act, an annual report to the Minister together
with an audited statement of accounts on the operations of the Institute in
respect of every financial year.
(2) The auditor to be appointed under section 5(1) of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act shall be the Director of Audit.
