18. Legal proceedings
(1) The Institute shall act, sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2) Service of process by or on the Institute shall be sufficient if made on
behalf of or on the Chief Executive Officer.
(3) No liability, civil or criminal, shall be incurred by the Institute, a member or an employee in respect of any act done or omitted in good faith in the
performance of its or his functions or exercise of its or his powers under this
Act.
