13. Certificate of authorised officer
In any prosecution for an offence under this Act, a certificate signed by or
under the authority of the authorised officer relating to—
(a) the fact that the alleged offence was committed on State land, a
reserve or a national forest; or
(b) the value of any forest produce or damage caused,
shall be evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
