48. Remedy
(1) Where—
(a) a Foundation;
(b) the Council or any of its members; or

(c) an officer,
contravenes this Act, any person aggrieved by that contravention may apply
to the Court for such remedy as may be appropriate in the circumstances.
(2) The Court may, on an application under subsection (1), grant the
remedy sought or may make such other order on such terms and conditions
as it may determine.
