10. Issue of freeport certificate (1) Where an application is approved by the Board of Investment, the Managing Director shall, subject to Part IV, issue an appropriate freeport certificate to the applicant subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed. (2) No freeport certificate shall be transferable except with the approval of the Board of Investment. (3) Every freeport certificate under this Act shall be in such form and shall be issued in such manner as may be approved by the Board. (4) Every holder of a freeport certificate shall display his freeport certificate in a conspicuous place at his business premises.
