21. Inspection of records and goods
Every holder of a freeport certificate shall permit the Director-General or
Managing Director at all reasonable times to inspect the records and documents required to be kept by him under section 20 or have access to the
premises of the holder of a freeport certificate for the purpose of examining
any goods.
