5. The Board
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Foundation shall be managed by a
Board which shall be constituted in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) —
(3) No member shall receive any fee or remuneration for his services.
(4) The Board shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner
as may be prescribed.
