9. Dissolution
(1) The Foundation may, on the unanimous decision of the Board, be dissolved in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) Where the Foundation is dissolved, all assets remaining after winding
up shall be transferred to the Gahlot Rajput Maha Sabha.
