18. Registration of facilities
(1) The Permanent Secretary shall keep a register of all facilities.
(2) Every GMO permit holder responsible for the management of any facility shall register the facility with the Permanent Secretary.
(3) The register shall contain the—
(a) name and address of the GMO permit holder;
(b) details of the activities carried on; and
(c) location and description of the facility.
