5. Objects of Committee
The objects of the Committee shall be to advise the Minister on—
(a) all aspects concerning the importation, exportation, transit,
development, research, production, use, application, marketing,
sale and release of genetically modified organisms; and
(b) any other matter concerning genetically modified organisms that
may be referred to it.
