13. Persons striking ground water
(1) Any person who, in the course of any digging, boring or drilling
operations on any premises, strikes ground water shall immediately notify
the Authority in writing of the existence of the ground water.
(2) The owner of such premises, or where the owner is unknown, the
occupier, shall then take such measures and comply with such directions as
the Authority may require for the conservation of such ground water.
