16. Regulations
The Authority may make regulations generally for the purposes of this
Act, and any such regulations, may, without prejudice to the generality of
this power—
(a) prescribe anything which is permitted or required by this Act to
be prescribed;
(b) provide for returns to be made by holders of a ground water
licence.
