5. Executive Council
(1) The Union shall be managed by an Executive Council composed of
not less than 20 nor more than 30 members.
(2) The members of the Council shall be such persons as may be
prescribed.
(3) The office bearers of the Council shall be such persons as may be
prescribed.
(4) The Council may remove any member, other than an ex officio member, or fill any vacancy arising in its membership or any office thereof.
(5) One third of the members of the Council shall constitute a quorum.
