17. Evidence of certain communications
Notwithstanding any other enactment, no communication made by a person in undergoing an HIV test, any medical, surgical or dental procedure, or
any counselling, under this Act and relating to the sexual behaviour of any
person shall be admissible as evidence in any civil or criminal proceedings.
