21. Claim for unpaid levy
Where the Ministry is satisfied that the levy paid by the employer is not
the full amount of levy to be paid, the Ministry may, by written notice served
on the employer, make a claim of the amount of levy which in its opinion
ought to be payable by the employer, and that amount shall thereupon be
the amount of levy due to be paid under sections 18 and 19.
