27. Accounts
(1) The Council shall, on or before 31 October in every year, submit to
the Minister a report together with an audited statement of accounts on the
operation of the Council in respect of the 12 months ending on 30 June of
the same year.
(2) The report of the Council shall be laid before the National Assembly.
