8. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall meet at least once every month and at such time
and place as the Chairperson may direct.
(2) The Chairperson shall call a meeting of the Council within 7 days of
the receipt of a written request for that purpose addressed to him by any
3 other members of the Council.
(3) Six members of the Council shall constitute a quorum.
(4) Subject to this Act, the Council shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it may determine.
