18. Disclosure of information
Subject to section 300 of the Criminal Code, no person shall give or disclose to another person any information, oral or written, whereby the identity
of any person who has—
(a) made or revoked a donation;
(b) received any tissue from the body of another person,
is, or may be, disclosed.
