14. Revenue and expenditure
(1) The revenue of the Authority shall consist of—
(a) such fees or charges as may be levied on a licensee or on any
other person;
(b) such amounts as may be received from the Consolidated Fund; and
(c) any other sum that may lawfully accrue to the Authority.
(2) The Authority may incur expenditure in relation to salary, wages,
fees, allowances, administrative expenses and any other item for the
purposes of implementing its objects under this Act.
