Section 17: Annual report

17. Annual report (1) The Authority shall, as soon as practicable after the end of every financial year, cause to be published a report in relation to its functions, activities, affairs and financial position in respect of the previous financial year. (2) The report specified in subsection (1) shall include— (a) a copy of the audited accounts specified in section 16; and (b) a copy of every written direction issued under section 5 (1) during the previous year, together with an indication of compliance or non-compliance therewith. (3) The Authority shall, as soon as practicable, but not later than 8 months after the end of every financial year, forward a copy of the report specified in subsection (1) to the Minister, who shall lay it on the table of the Assembly.
