30B. Termination of appointment
(1) The Chairperson of the Review Panel may resign by
giving one month’s notice in writing to the Minister.
(2) The Chairperson of the Review Panel shall cease to
hold office where he is unfit to be the Chairperson because of breach
of trust, misconduct or default in the discharge of his duties.
