6. Constitution of Authority
The Authority shall consist of—
(a) a Chairperson, to be appointed by the President after consultation
with the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition;
(aa) a representative of the Ministry;
(b) a representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of
information;
(c) a representative of the Attorney-General’s Office;
(d) a representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of
arts and culture;
(e) the Chairperson of the ICT Authority;
(f) not less than 3, nor more than 5, persons who shall, subject to
section 7, be appointed by the Minister, having regard to their
experience in the field of broadcasting policy and technology,
media issues, frequency planning, entertainment, education or in
any other related activities.
