19. Confidentiality
(1) No member or officer shall disclose to any unauthorised person any
matter which comes to his knowledge in the performance of his functions.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable, to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees and
to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
