7. Dissolution of Association
(1) The Association may be wound up by a decision of 75 per cent of its
members.
(2) A majority of members may then decide to transfer the assets remaining after satisfaction of all the debts and liabilities of the Association to some
other Indian association within Mauritius with similar objects.
(3) In the absence of any decision by the members of the Association to
the above effect, the assets of the Association shall be transferred to one or
more Indian charitable institutions in Mauritius as the President thinks fit.
