11. Appeal
(1) The Magistrate shall explain to a person against whom judgment has
been given that he has a right to appeal, and the conditions under which the
right may be exercised.
(2) Any person may appeal against a final judgment of the Court subject
to the same conditions as appeals from the decision of a District Magistrate.
