14. Suspension of execution of judgment
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no judgment of the Court shall be executed
until 6 weeks after the date of the judgment.
(2) (a) Where a decision is reviewed, the judgment of the Court shall not
be executed until it becomes final pursuant to section 13 (3) and the delay
for appealing against it has expired.
(b) Where an appeal is lodged against a decision of the Court, the
judgment shall not be executed until the appellate Court has disposed of the
matter.
