Section 15: Employment of staff

15. Employment of staff (1) The Authority may employ, on such terms and conditions as it may determine, such officers and other members of staff as may be necessary for the proper discharge of the functions of the Authority. (2) Every employee shall be under the administrative control of the Executive Director. (3) Every employee who has an interest in any contract with the authority or acquires an interest of any kind from a licensee shall make a declaration on the prescribed or approved form.
