19. Powers of Minister The Minister may give such directions of a general character to the Board, not inconsistent with the objects of the Authority, which he considers to be necessary in the public interest, and the Board shall comply with those directives. PART IV – FINANCIAL PROVISIONS (Part IV came into operation on 1 June 2002.)
