30A. Significant market power conditions
(1) Where the Authority determines that a public operator has significant
market power in a relevant market or market segment, it may impose such
conditions as it considers appropriate on the public operator.
(2) Every public operator with significant market power shall comply with
every condition imposed by the Authority under subsection (1).
