44. Decision not suspended on appeal No appeal to the Tribunal or the Supreme Court shall have for effect the suspension of any decision of the Authority. (S. 44 came into operation on 1 December 2003.) PART IX – MISCELLANEOUS (Part IX came into operation on 1 June 2002.)
