6. Meetings of Board
(1) The Board shall meet—
(a) at least once every month;
(b) at such time and place as the Chairperson may determine; or
(c) on request of any 3 members.
(2) At any meeting of the Board, 5 members shall constitute a quorum.
(3) The Board may co-opt such person as may be of assistance in relation
to any matter before the Board.
(4) In the absence of the Chairperson at a meeting of the Board, the members present shall elect a member to act as Chairperson for that meeting.
(5) A co-opted person shall not have the right to vote at any meeting of
the Board.

(6) Every member shall be paid such remuneration and allowances from
the General Fund as the Minister may determine.
