16. Offences Any person who— (a) without the authorisation of the Institute, uses its name or logo; or (b) passes off a course, research, study or discussion material of the Institute as his own, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 25,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
