Section 110: Immunity of administrator, conservator and special administrator

110. Immunity of administrator, conservator and special administrator The administrator, conservator and special administrator or any person acting on their behalf shall not be liable to any proceedings, whether civil or criminal, for, or on account of, or in respect of, an act done or statement made, or omitted to be done or made, in the bona fide performance of a function under his appointment.
