126. Miscellaneous offences
Any person who contravenes any provision of this Act or any FSC Rule
shall commit an offence, and shall, on conviction, be liable, where no other
penalty is specifically provided, to a fine of 500,000 rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
