15. Solvency margin
An insurer shall—
(a) at all times maintain a solvency margin of such value as may be
specified in solvency rules;
(b) furnish to the Commission a return on its solvency margin in
such form, manner and medium, and within such time of its balance sheet date, as may be specified in solvency rules.
