74. Obligations of insurance broker
(1) No insurance broker shall provide its services in relation to an insurance policy where to do so would result or be likely to result in a conflict of
interest between the broker and an insurer or a policy holder.
(2) An insurance broker shall disclose to a prospective policy holder any
commission or other remuneration that it is likely to receive from an insurer
in the event that the prospective policy holder enters into an insurance policy
for which it had provided its services.
