78A. Other insurance professionals
The Minister may, by regulations, provide for the
licensing of other insurance professionals and the conduct of
their business.
(e) in section 86, by adding the following new subsection –
(5) The Commission may, in FSC Rules, provide
for an application by an insurer of the bonus and malus
adjustments to the pricing of premiums.
(f) by repealing section 122 and replacing it by the following
section –
