80A. Communication to policyholders
(1) Any information or document required to be communicated to a policyholder under any enactment shall be communicated in such manner, form
and medium as the Chief Executive may determine.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, any document that is communicated to a policyholder in accordance with subsection (1) may be used as evidence where it is relevant to determine any matter relating to an insurance
policy.

(3) In this section—
“document” means a document relating to an insurance policy.
