91. Prescription of claims
No claim for payment of compensation shall be made out of the Compensation Fund except where the claim is made—
(a) in the case of claims made by persons suffering personal injury
in traffic accidents where the tortfeasor or the vehicle which
caused the injury is untraceable, within 2 years from the date of
the occurrence of the accident relating to that claim;
(b) in any other case, within 2 years from the date the name of the
insurer is removed from the register or the insurer is definitely
wound up.
