98. Effect of suspension of licence
A suspension of licence under section 97 shall not prevent a licensee
from—
(a) continuing to carry on business in relation to an insurance policy
issued before the date on which it was notified, in accordance
with section 97 (1), of the suspension; or
(b) issuing or dealing with an insurance policy in pursuance of a
term in an insurance policy subsisting at that time,
and for the purpose of doing so the licensee shall be deemed to be licensed.
