34. Decision making by panel of arbitrators (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), in arbitral proceedings with more than one arbitrator, any decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, by a majority of all its members. (2) Any question relating to procedure may be decided by a presiding arbitrator, if so authorised by the parties or by all members of the arbitral tribunal. (3) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, where there is no majority, any decision shall be made by the presiding arbitrator alone.
