3A. Material application
(1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 3B, this Act shall apply to an international arbitration only where its juridical seat is in Mauritius.
(2) Sections 5, 6, 22 and 23 shall apply to every international arbitration,
whether or not its juridical seat is in Mauritius.
