44. Appeal to Judicial Committee
Any appeal to the Judicial Committee under section 42 (2) against a final
decision of the Supreme Court under this Act or under section 4 (3) of the
Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards
Act shall be made in accordance with the procedure applicable to appeals as
of right under the Mauritius (Appeals to Privy Council) Order 1968.
