27. Disclosure prejudicial to national security (1) Nothing in this Act shall require or authorise the production of a document or the disclosure of information, which would be prejudicial to the security of Mauritius. (2) A certificate by or on behalf of the Prime Minister to the effect that it would be prejudicial to the security of Mauritius for a document to be produced, or for information to be disclosed shall be conclusive evidence of that fact.
