33. Service of process (1) Where the Attorney-General receives a request for assistance in effecting the service of any process or document, he shall send the request, together with the process or document, to the Master and Registrar for service on the person concerned. (2) The Master and Registrar shall cause the process or document to be served on the person concerned in the manner specified in the request and shall send the return of service to the Attorney-General for transmission to the International Criminal Court.
