40. Attorney-General may enter into agreement (1) The Attorney-General may, on such conditions as he thinks fit, enter into any agreement with the International Criminal Court, including any agreement relating to the provision of assistance to the International Criminal Court and he may agree to any amendment or revocation of such agreement. (2) Any agreement entered into under subsection (1) and any amendment or revocation to such an agreement shall be published in the Gazette.
