42. Conversion of currencies
Where any amount payable in terms of an order registered under section 34 or 35 is expressed in a currency other than that of Mauritius, the
conversion shall be made at the rate legally applicable as published by the
Bank of Mauritius, at the time and place of, and to the currency utilised in,
the underlying expenditure or transaction.
