9. Seat and status of International Criminal Court
(1) The International Criminal Court may sit in Mauritius, in such place as
may be appointed by the President, at the request of the International Criminal Court, by Proclamation.
(2) The International Criminal Court shall be a body corporate.
(3) The International Criminal Court shall have such immunities and privileges as may be necessary to enable it to perform its functions in Mauritius.
