2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Agreement” means the General Projects Agreement entered into by
Mauritius and the International Development Research Centre on 5 April
1979;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
finance is assigned;
“officer” means an employee or agent of the organisation—
(a) who is not a citizen of Mauritius; and
(b) whose name and description have been notified to and approved
by the Minister;
“organisation” means the International Development Research Centre.
